Bas Beverwijk

Welcome to my profile. My Name is Bas Beverwijk, 23 years old and born and raised in Zwolle, The Netherlands. I have played soccer enthusiastically since I was 6 years old.

I have been in Austria for 3 months as a snowboardteacher and 5 months in Spain where I've done an exchange semester for my current university. I speak German, Englisch, Spanish and of course my own language and want to improve those languages in another country.

The only thing I don't like about studying abroad so far is that my soccer career is, at the moment, less important. I see college soccer in the US as a perfect mix of studying and playing soccer at a competitive level! This is my biggest motivation to come to the US and I hope I am given the opportunity to share my talent on the field, and in the classroom as well.
